By accessing the Dental Land Pediatrics website or using our services (including opting in to our SMS/text messaging program), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1) SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Dental Land Pediatrics, including appointment reminders, patient updates, and promotional messages.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies; you may receive multiple messages per appointment cycle and occasional promotional updates.
Consent Not a Condition. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent, unless you opt back in.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information below.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier network coverage and device.
Eligibility. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are the parent/guardian of a minor patient and are the authorized owner/user of the mobile number provided.
Privacy. See the Privacy Policy below for how we handle your information. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
2) Non-Emergency Communications
Text messaging and email are not monitored 24/7 and are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or contact our office by phone immediately.
3) Website Content; No Medical Advice
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this site does not create a dentist-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding a dental condition or treatment.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, graphics, layout, design, and trademarks) is the property of Dental Land Pediatrics or used with permission. - Text Messaging Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Promotional Emails: Use the “unsubscribe” link in the email or contact us to opt out. You may still receive transactional or appointment-related messages as permitted by law.
- Access/Update: To access or update your contact information, please contact us.
- Cookies/Analytics: You can control cookies via your browser settings. Blocking cookies may impact some site features.
